Our capacity to love ourselves in the present hinges on tending to the wounds of our inner child of the past. Join healing artist and herbalist, Brittany Elamparo (Kindred Coven), and Holistic LMFT, Maria Littleton (Vitality of the Mind), for a tender Inner Child Healing Day Retreat on Saturday, September 2 at 2 p.m. in Long Beach, California!Â

The retreat will commence with breathwork and meditation, followed by a tea ceremony, plant medicine teaching, and oracle card reading. You will be guided through intentional journaling and group discussion, concluded with DIY travel altars and a closing ritual. Afterwards, you will be free to mingle, gather around a bonfire, shop a pop-up apothecary, or play an astrology-inspired card game.
